Our client, a forward-focused real estate investment management company based in the City, is seeking a super organised Office Manager / Team Assistant. This is a key role at the heart of the business, supporting all teams and ensuring the office runs smoothly day-to-day. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and suppliers, a trusted go-to for the wider team, and someone who takes pride in creating a positive, welcoming and efficient workplace.

We are looking for someone who is friendly, personable and naturally organised, with a proactive mindset and a consistently positive attitude.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Manage diaries and coordinate schedules for the management team
  • Provide general administrative support
  • Arrange and book travel, accommodation, and transportation
  • Act as first point of contact, answering calls promptly and professionally
  • Book and manage meeting rooms and conference calls
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services
  • Organise catering for client and board meetings
  • Maintain office supplies and stationery at optimal levels
  • Coordinate with IT support to manage operational needs
  • Research and book external venues for offsite meetings as required
  • Organise socials for the team, including Christmas party
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines

What we are looking for:
