An opportunity has arisen for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support the Founder of a highly regarded, boutique executive search firm. This is a pivotal, allâencompassing role focused on enabling the Founder to operate at their highest level. Acting as a true right hand, you will bring structure, foresight and momentum to a fastâpaced and evolving business. Beyond traditional EA responsibilities, you will play a central role in the dayâtoâday running of the company, acting as a key point of coordination across the team, supporting client and candidate processes, and contributing to the overall culture and energy of the business. Responsibilities will include:
- Provide dedicated, highâlevel support to the Founder, ensuring smooth dayâtoâday operations
- Manage a complex and everâchanging diary, inbox and priorities with efficiency and discretion
- Act as a central point of communication across the business, ensuring alignment and flow of information
- Coordinate and support on search assignments, helping to drive process and delivery excellence
- Lead on the planning and execution of events, from small gatherings to largerâscale initiatives
- Support business development activity, including research, outreach coordination and followâups
- Oversee document workflows, including preparation of client materials and reports
- Manage international travel logistics with precision and attention to detail
- Contribute to social media and content planning, supporting the Founder's external presence
