This is a young but fast-scaling business, and they are now looking for someone who can bring structure and implement efficient processes within a creative, fast-moving environment. This is a super nice opportunity for someone bright, commercially minded and highly organised - someone who can think ahead, problem-solve and act as the steady operational anchor in a company where no two days look the same.

  • Light studio coordination where needed, ensuring the wider team is set up for success

What we're looking for:

  • Previous EA / Ops / studio management experience - ideally 4-5 years
  • Cerebral and commercially aware, able to connect dots quickly and understand priorities
  • Proactive and self‐driven - someone who enjoys taking ownership
  • Low ego, team‐first attitude
  • Excellent communication skills - strong written and verbal English
  • Comfortable with presentation tools such as InDesign / Illustrator / Canva (highly advantageous)
  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin or Cantonese language would be desirable
