A growing, design-led studio in Central London is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant / Studio Manager to support two founders and play an integral role in the next stage of the company's growth. This is a young but fast-scaling business, and they are now looking for someone who can bring structure and implement efficient processes within a creative, fast-moving environment. Key responsibilities will include:
- High‐level support to two founders, including diary management, scheduling and prioritising across multiple workstreams
- Managing travel, logistics and day‐to‐day operational needs
- Acting as the central point for communication; ensuring clarity, momentum and follow‐through
- Translating conversations into clear action points and ensuring deadlines are met
- Implementing and maintaining systems, processes and structure to support a fast‐growing team
- Supporting internal initiatives and occasional team events
- Light studio coordination where needed, ensuring the wider team is set up for success
What we're looking for:
- Previous EA / Ops / studio management experience - ideally 4-5 years
- Cerebral and commercially aware, able to connect dots quickly and understand priorities
- Proactive and self‐driven - someone who enjoys taking ownership
- Low ego, team‐first attitude
- Excellent communication skills - strong written and verbal English
- Comfortable with presentation tools such as InDesign / Illustrator / Canva (highly advantageous)
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin or Cantonese language would be desirable
