An exceptional opportunity for a high-calibre Executive Assistant / Office Manager to join a global, high-growth investment firm specialising in technology and early-stage venture investment. With headquarters in the US and offices worldwide, the firm is known for its collaborative culture, intelligent and grounded people, and a genuinely supportive working environment. This is a 12-month maternity cover with strong possibility of becoming permanent, driven by continued expansion and increasing investment activity. Based in their lovely central London office, you will join a tight-knit team and provide seamless support to three investors. The environment is professional yet warm, fast-paced but grounded - ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, autonomy and being part of a high-performing but down-to-earth team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide dedicated support to three investors
  • Complex, ever-changing diary management across multiple timezones
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, video calls, and investor sessions
  • Arrange international travel, including flights, accommodation, visas and restaurant bookings
  • Handle communications with utmost discretion and professionalism
  • Submit and manage expenses accurately and promptly
  • Coordinate ad hoc events, offsites, investor dinners and team gatherings
  • Support wider office operations where needed, maintaining a smooth, welcoming office environment
