We are currently recruiting for a Front of House Receptionist for a British Publishing Group on a FTC of 12 months covering maternity! As a Receptionist, you will be providing proactive and efficient support. This lovely role requires someone who is highly organised, personable and has a strong work ethic in order to deliver an exceptional service!
Responsibilities include:
- Front of House duties
- Greeting VIPs
- Signing in guests
- Informing tenants that guests have arrived
- Keeping reception area tidy, organising newspapers/magazines on reception tables
- Provide clear communications via email and telephone to tenants when their visitors have arrived
- Direct new visitors to their required location within the building
- Support facilities when required
