A senior operational leadership role for an experienced and highly organised individual who thrives in fast-moving, people-led environments. This is a newly created position, offering the opportunity to take ownership of end-to-end delivery operations within a growing, relationship-driven business. You’ll act as the central point of accountability for how work is delivered – ensuring structure, consistency, and quality as the organisation continues to scale.
Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll help shape the systems, processes and team structure that underpin delivery, while also remaining close to the detail when needed. This is a role that blends strategic thinking with hands-on operational leadership.
Responsibilities- Leading day-to-day operational delivery across multiple live projects and client workstreams
- Managing and developing a small internal team, setting clear priorities, standards, and ways of working
- Acting as the key point of accountability for scheduling, resourcing, and delivery coordination
- Overseeing relationships with a broad network of external associates and partners, ensuring the right people are deployed effectively
- Designing, refining, and implementing scalable systems, processes, and workflows
- Improving operational efficiency, utilisation, and overall delivery performance
- Supporting senior leadership with planning, forecasting, and operational decision-making
- Ensuring a consistently high standard of service and experience across all touchpoints
- Significant experience in operational leadership, delivery, or project coordination within a fast-paced, people-focused environment
- A proven ability to manage complexity, multiple priorities, and competing demands
- Strong systems and process thinking, with a natural ability to bring structure where it’s needed
- Confidence managing both internal teams and external partners or associates
- A calm, solutions-focused approach, particularly under pressure
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with senior stakeholders
