A fantastic opportunity for a highly organised, people-focused coordinator to join a growing, values-led consultancy delivering high-impact learning experiences for global clients. This is a varied, fast-paced role at the heart of client delivery - where no two days look the same. You’ll be responsible for coordinating the smooth end-to-end execution of client training programmes, ensuring every touchpoint (from participants to facilitators) is seamless, considered, and well-executed.
Working closely within a team, you’ll support a portfolio of international clients and play a key role in maintaining exceptional delivery standards and long-term relationships. Responsibilities will include:
- Planning and managing in-person and virtual client events end-to-end
- Coordinating participant communications, materials, and resources
- Liaising with various parties and internal teams to ensure full alignment pre-, during, and post-programme
- Managing logistics including travel, accommodation, visas, and equipment shipping
- Supporting the preparation of invoices through accurate collation of costs
- Maintaining and updating learning platforms, including participant registration, data uploads, and reporting
- Generating reports and insights on programme activity and engagement
- Supporting continuous improvement of internal processes and delivery systems
