Our client a global technology-focused investment firm, is looking for a brilliant EA/Office Manager to join the team on a one-year FTC covering maternity. We are looking for a superstar EA who possesses confidence, agility and can act as a strategic thinker and forward plan. You will need to have first class communication skills and will be able to input ideas. As the go-to person you will enjoy being the lynchpin of the office and will be able to juggle multiple tasks at once.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Management of extensive travel often with last minute changes – organisation of any travel requirements including flights, hotels and tickets
- Diary management – scheduling management for two team members as well as coordinating with peers to schedule from other offices
- Event Management – organisation of any team socials, internal dinners, drinks or networking
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Meeting planning and/or scheduling, often with overseas clients and contacts at all levels
- Expense reporting
- Assisting with general office management – ordering supplies, opening and distribution of post, stationery ordering and managing any vendors who service the office (cleaners, energy, network, etc.)
- Be the main point of contact on a day to day basis for all admin/office queries
