An international, award-winning consulting firm is seeking a highly professional, proactive and personable Executive Assistant & Office Manager to support its London office and senior leadership team.

This is a key, hands‑on position at the heart of the London office. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office while also providing high-level, confidential Executive Assistant support to Senior Execs.
You will be supported by two Office Assistants to maintain an exceptional working environment and seamless operational support.
This is a full‑time, in‑person role (37.5 hours per week), typically working either 07:45–16:15 or 09:00–17:30, Monday to Friday.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Provide proactive, high-level EA support to senior leadership
- Manage complex diaries, anticipating priorities and scheduling needs
- Arrange detailed travel itineraries, including accommodation and logistics
- Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation to a high standard
- Support ad hoc projects, research, and coordination tasks
- Assist with internal communications, webinars, and team meetings
- Manage external virtual assistant provider relationship
- Oversee day‑to‑day office operations (supported by Office Assistants), ensuring a smooth and welcoming environment
- Line manage and delegate effectively to Office Assistants
- Support operational improvements in collaboration with leadership
- Ensure Health & Safety standards are maintained
- Lead new joiner inductions
- Assist with UK and international away days
- Provide on‑the‑ground support for leadership meetings and key events
- Support marketing team with events and internal communications
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in an Office Manager / Executive Assistant role, or similar hybrid position
- Exposure to events coordination and project support
- Strong service mindset with a genuine passion for supporting others
- Confident and professional with senior stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable in a hands‑on, fast‑paced office environment
