They are looking for a highly organised, hands-on individual to become the operational backbone of their UK presence. This is a high-impact role at the centre of everything: running programmes, delivering standout events, managing spaces, and keeping day-to-day operations running flawlessly.
You’ll work closely with founders, innovators and a global team to support ambitious work at the cutting edge of innovation. Thriving on ownership and momentum, you’ll take responsibility for programme and event delivery, operational logistics, budgets and vendors, while building vibrant, purposeful environments where exceptional people can do their best work - ensuring programmes, events and spaces are run with precision, warmth and energy.
Responsibilities will include:
- Run operational logistics for programmes, workshops, retreats and events end-to-end
- Manage venues, vendors, schedules and budgets to deliver high-quality experiences
- Create and maintain vibrant, well-run spaces that bring together founders, scientists and innovators
- Ensure events and day-to-day operations are executed smoothly, thoughtfully and on time
Operations & Finance:
- Oversee UK operational processes and day-to-day office management
- Track receipts, reconcile spend and partner with finance to ensure accurate reporting
- Maintain operational hygiene across tools, documentation and workflows
Systems & Coordination:
- Maintain dashboards and trackers to monitor progress and programme delivery
- Keep calendars, logistics and communications tightly organised
- Learn and use tools such as Airtable, Notion and light automation to improve efficiency
What we are looking for:
- A builder at heart with experience in operations, events or programme coordination.
- Comfortable managing budgets and financial processes.
- Organised and detail-obsessed - love lists, calendars, clean workflows; comfortable with productivity tools like Airtable, Notion, and light automation.
- Curious about science, innovation and technology.
- Motivated by supporting teams tackling high-impact, meaningful challenges!
This is a unique, high-profile role for an exceptional candidate looking to make a real difference and support innovation at the forefront of science and technology.
