9-month maternity cover. We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Senior Executive Team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading creative agency with a global reputation for bold, intelligent campaigns, working closely with inspiring senior leaders at the top of their field.
The ideal EA will thrive under pressure, anticipate needs before they arise, and bring a calm, solutions-focused approach to even the most challenging situations. No two days will be the same, and you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of the executive team’s day-to-day activities while helping to drive the business forward.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing complex diaries and coordinating schedules across multiple time zones
- Organising meetings, including breakfast/lunch/dinner reservations
- Handling inbox management and responding to communications with professionalism
- Booking and coordinating travel arrangements, visas, accommodation and detailed itineraries
- Acting as a trusted point of contact for clients, colleagues and other PAs/EAs
- Managing incoming calls to the office and welcoming visitors
- Submitting expenses and assisting with timesheets on behalf of the team
- Supporting company events and office administration alongside the Office Manager
- Assisting with occasional personal tasks and errands where required
