Biscuit International UK Limited is seeking a Technical Assistant to join the Quality function in Gateshead, reporting to the Technical Manager. You will support administration and maintenance of our technical and quality systems to ensure customer requirements are met and production standards are upheld.
In this role you will:
- Coordinate laboratory records
- Collect samples for external testing
- Manage materials testing
- Help implement the Food Safety & Quality system in line with BRC
