Are you a highly organised administrator looking for a part-time role with flexible hours? We are seeking a Mortgage Administrator to join our team on a 3-month fixed-term contract.
You\'ll play a vital role in supporting our busy mortgage advisors, handling the crucial administrative tasks that keep the application process running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Processing Applications: Preparing and submitting mortgage applications to lenders.
Document Management: Chasing and organising essential client documents, such as payslips, bank statements, and ID.
Communication: Being the main point of contact for clients, lenders, and solicitors.
File Maintenance: Keeping all client files up-to-date and accurate, both physically and digitally.
Compliance: Ensuring all administrative work meets regulatory standards.
General Admin: Helping with daily office duties, including emails and answering the phone.
What We\'re Looking For:
Proven experience in an administrative or financial services role, not essential.
Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
