A global knowledge provider with fantastic offices in the city is looking for a Talent Coordinator to help recruit for their growing technology department. Paying £17.00-£18.10/hr, this Talent Coordinator position is to start ASAP and will initially be for 6 months, possibly longer. Hours are 8:30am-6pm with Monday – Wednesday working in the city offices, and the opportunity to work from home each Thursday and Friday.

To be considered for this role, you must be educated to degree level from a good university and have at least 1 years’ experience in in-house or agency recruitment. If your experience is within technical recruiting, this is a huge advantage.

Duties:

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process — from sourcing and selection to offer and onboarding
  • Lead targeted sourcing strategies to attract top talent across multiple global regions
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication and personalised support
  • Partner closely with Technology & Strategy leadership to align on hiring needs and drive quality decisions
  • Collaborate on cross-functional initiatives to continuously improve recruitment processes
  • Act as a strategic advisor, ensuring every hire aligns with the company’s values and long-term goals
