Our client is a global luxury interior design studio creating exceptional spaces worldwide. They are looking for a polished, proactive Front of House – Operations Executive to be the face of their busy central London studio and a key support to the Operations team.

The Role

  • Maintain immaculate front‑of‑house areas and uphold studio standards
  • Welcome clients, manage arrivals and provide hospitality
  • Handle calls, meeting room bookings, AV set‑ups and catering
  • Oversee building access and staff movements
  • Support Operations with admin across H&S, HR, projects and general studio upkeep
  • Manage post, couriers, supplies and global office requests
  • Track invoices and payments with Finance
  • Coordinate global travel bookings
  • Provide EA support to the Business Development Director
  • Lead social and wellbeing activities across the studio

About You

  • Experience in FOH, reception or office admin
  • Confident with Microsoft Office and office equipment
  • Strong communicator with excellent client‑facing skills
  • Highly organised, proactive and able to juggle multiple priorities
  • Professional, well‑presented and discreet
  • Experience supporting senior stakeholders and coordinating travel/logistics

The role is a Full‑time, office‑based role (Mon–Thu 9–6, Fri 9–5.30) close to Victoria Station.
