Are you an organised, proactive Project Coordinator with experience in the construction/built environment sector? We’re working with a dynamic project management consultancy who are looking for someone just like you to join their friendly, fast-paced team.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Assisting with project coordination and administration
  • Coordinating and managing project schedules
  • Track project budgets
  • Manage client invoicing process
  • Prepare tenders and manage the bids process
  • Attending meetings and supporting client communications
  • Preparing project and contract documentation and reports

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or project coordination role within construction/the built environment, ideally in commercial design or engineering or architectural.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • A keen eye for detail
  • A collaborative, can-do attitude

The Offer:

  • £40K- 45K depending on experience
  • Full-time hours: 9am–5pm
  • Hybrid working: 4 days in the office, 1 day from home
  • Central London location (London Bridge, Borough & the City)
