A renowned London-based performance venue and charitable organisation that plays a vital role in supporting the performing arts community is looking for an experienced HR Administrator. This is a hybrid role working 3 days a week on site in the London office, with a salary of £29,299 on a 12-month fixed-term contract starting on Monday 6th July.
As the first point of contact for HR/People queries, you’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless employee and candidate experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing a shared HR inbox and responding to queries
- Supporting the full employee lifecycle (contracts, letters, onboarding, HRIS updates)
- Coordinating with payroll to ensure accuracy and deadlines are met
- Owning end-to-end recruitment administration – from posting ads to scheduling interviews
- Supporting hiring managers and candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience
- Maintaining accurate records across HR systems
About You
To be considered for this HR Administrator role, you must have:
- Minimum 12 months’ HR administration experience (no transferable-only backgrounds considered)
- Experience supporting the full employee lifecycle and recruitment processes
- Strong HR systems experience (HiBob/Bob highly desirable)
- Excellent organisation, attention to detail and communication skills
- Confidence handling confidential information
- Strong IT skills (Google Workspace preferred)
- CIPD Level 3 is a plus but not essential
