An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Assistant to support a dynamic and newly appointed Chief Executive and senior leadership team in a world renowned arts based charity. This is a true right-hand role, requiring outstanding organisational ability, sound judgement, and the confidence to operate at the most senior level. You will act as a trusted gatekeeper and ambassador, ensuring the CEO’s time is used to maximum impact while maintaining seamless day-to-day operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Complex diary and inbox management across multiple stakeholders
- Preparing high-quality briefings, reports and presentations
- End-to-end coordination of senior meetings, including Board and committee support
- Building strong relationships with senior leaders, trustees and external partners
- Managing governance processes, board papers and minute-taking to a high standard
- Handling competing priorities with discretion, pace and precision
You will bring:
- Proven experience supporting a CEO or equivalent at executive level
- Exceptional attention to detail, professionalism and discretion
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at senior level
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and calm approach under pressure
- Experience with board-level support and governance in a not for profit organisation

The organisation uses Google suite and experience would be useful. This role must start on 29th June and is a six month fixed term contract. The role is based in Camden. Salary £40-43000 per annum.
