A highly regarded independent boutique financial advisory firm is seeking a polished, proactive and adaptable Executive Assistant & Office Manager to join its close-knit London team. This is a rare opportunity to join a prestigious boutique financial services business. The environment is professional, fast-paced and collaborative, offering broad exposure across executive support, office operations and business administration.
The Role
This is a true dual-role position, combining executive support to a founder with office management responsibilities.
Executive Assistant responsibilities:
- Comprehensive diary and inbox management for a senior executive
- Complex international travel coordination and itineraries
- Expenses management and administrative support
- Liaising with stakeholders, clients and external contacts globally
- Providing a degree of private PA assistance, including property and household coordination
- Supporting the executive during busy deal periods and time-sensitive projects
Office Management responsibilities:
- Ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of a boutique London office
- Managing suppliers, contractors and office maintenance
- Coordinating office facilities, health & safety and workplace initiatives
- Supporting onboarding of new starters and interns
- Assisting with internal communications and general HR administration
- Acting as the main point of contact for office-related queries
- Managing office equipment, stationery and facilities requirements
- Welcoming visitors and ensuring a first-class client experience
About You
The successful candidate will be:
- An experienced Executive Assistant, PA or Office Manager with a hands-on approach
- Comfortable supporting senior-level executives in a demanding environment
- Experienced within a boutique financial services, investment banking, private equity, asset management, advisory or professional services firm
- Highly organised, proactive and responsive
- Able to juggle multiple priorities with excellent attention to detail
- A strong team player who enjoys working collaboratively
- Confident dealing with senior stakeholders and high-net-worth individuals
- Professional, discreet and service-oriented
- Additional European language skills, particularly Italian or French, would be advantageous but are not essential.
The Package
£45,000–£55,000 depending on experience

This role is based in the office 5 days a week and the hours are 8.30 to 5.30pm.
