A successful global Executive Search consultancy based in Mayfair is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant on an initial 12 month FTC. It is likely the role will then go permanent. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ EA/Business Partner experience within an Executive Search company. Please note that candidates who have not worked within executive search will not be considered.
Duties will include:
- EA duties including proof reading of documents, formatting and compiling reports.
- Project management, liaising with clients.
- Complex diary management.
- Arranging meetings and global travel for external clients and candidates.
- Updating a complex database.
- Formatting documents including PowerPoint presentations for clients and document packs.
