This is a fantastic opportunity to be the face of the office while supporting a busy legal team and ensuring the day-to-day operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a busy front desk and coordinate 5 meeting rooms
- Welcome clients and guests, ensuring a professional and friendly experience
- Handle switchboard calls and general enquiries
- Support diary management, meetings, training sessions, and events
- Organise and lead events, including catering and logistics
- Provide administrative support to fee earners
- Book couriers and taxis, and liaise with the landlord regarding visitors
- Printing, scanning, filing, and assisting with court bundles
- Supporting office operations such as post handling and ordering supplies
- General office support to maintain a well-run environment
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- At least 4 years Corporate Reception experience
- Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with clients and senior stakeholders
- Professional presentation and a proactive, “can-do” attitude
- Able to prioritise effectively in a busy workplace
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Monday to Friday, 9:30am – 5:30pm (with some flexibility required)
