Are you looking for an opportunity to utilise your experience as a Resource Manager in an exciting dynamic and expanding management consultancy? Our client is a high energy leadership consultancy working with fast moving private equity clients. Working closely with the client leads within the consultancy, your role will be to ensure that the right people and talent are sourced for client projects.
You will be working with three key areas on the business offering different programmes to clients. These vary from 1-1 sessions to projects lasting several weeks, involving small groups of participants. This will involve building an excellent knowledge of your colleague’s capability expertise and specialty along with understanding their current capacity and availability.
You will be responsible for utilising a small established Associate network. You will need to keep an efficient system to log holidays etc. so that you are always on top of availability. They have just launched an HRIS, but this is not yet fully up to date and is currently done on excel - you will need to be happy to manage and keep up to date a current view.
You will be looking after live and short-notice projects as well as planning the sourcing of talent for pipeline business. Leading the weekly resourcing meeting, you must love responsibility and relish the opportunity to own the section. You will use your expertise and have the confidence to feed back to the business leads regarding the availability of talent.
Candidates need to be intelligent, super organised and born communicators. You must thrive on working in a fast moving and changing environment. You will have gained your experience at a Resource Manager in either a management consultancy, learning and development or professional services environment and will be looking to join a fast moving, growing and dynamic business.
Ideally, you will have experience working in a smaller, boutique environment where you are comfortable with high-touch or manual processes, where systems are less established. This is a six month interim role, with the possible scope to extend. Candidates need to be available to start immediately and happy to commit to this exciting opportunity for at least 6 months.
The salary range for this role depending on experience is £50-90000 per annum. Please note this is NOT a talent acquisition role.
