A globally recognised luxury interior architecture and design studio is seeking an exceptional PA / Studio Manager to support the Founder & MD and keep the studio running seamlessly.
What you’ll do:
- Manage complex diaries, travel, inboxes and priorities for the Founder and MD.
- Act as the central point of contact across the business - clients, suppliers and internal teams.
- Oversee smooth day‑to‑day studio operations, facilities, IT coordination and supplier management.
- Lead HR coordination: recruitment, onboarding, records, wellness initiatives, managing interns.
- Support new business, client communications, pitch materials and relationship management.
- Oversee social media content, website updates, newsletters, PR coordination and gifting programmes.
- Plan company events, design outings and team socials.
- Lead the Operations Assistant and ensure excellent presentation of the studio.
What we’re looking for:
- 10+ years’ experience in a similar PA/Studio/Operations role - ideally in luxury, design or creative industries.
- Highly organised, proactive and calm under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and impeccable professionalism.
- Strong IT skills, including InDesign and Excel.
- A natural problem-solver who takes ownership, shows initiative and thrives in a fast‑paced creative environment.
- Must be happy working onsite, 5 days per week (they offer two work‑from‑home days per month).
You’ll be at the heart of a celebrated luxury design studio, working closely with senior leadership, shaping operations, supporting stunning global projects, and contributing to a beautifully curated, collaborative workplace.
