As the HR Manager, you’ll be responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training and development, performance management, and compliance. You’ll partner with leadership to build engaged, effective teams and foster a positive, inclusive workplace environment.
Requirements:
- CIPD Level 5 qualification
- 5+ years in an HR generalist role (engineering, consulting, FMCG, or technical environment preferred)
