Do you have PA and secretarial experience, and love InDesign and Photoshop? We have a wonderful opportunity for a PA to join a small commercial real estate company who are looking for a great all-rounder to join their team.
The role is 60% PA & Team Assistant and 40% marketing where you will be able to use your creative skills. You do need experience of Adobe Suite for this role including InDesign and Photoshop, as well as experience with document formatting and track changes.
The role additionally has a mixture of duties including office management duties such as ordering stationery and online orders, assisting the Partners with diaries, arranging meetings, drafting letters, dictation, invoicing and editing documents. You’ll also be doing all the social media, editing photos and formatting documents using InDesign & Photoshop.
The hours are 9am to 5.30pm and this is an office-based role, with the possibility of working from home on occasional Fridays. This is a busy role working for a lovely team in central London. You must be an excellent multitasker who is happy to muck in where needed.
