We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive Office Administrator / Team Assistant to join our client in the Aviation industry and support the Executive Assistant to the CEO, as well as the wider leadership group. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys supporting, and takes pride in creating an efficient, well‑run office.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Providing administrative support to the EA, COO, and Partners
  • Coordinating calendars, meetings, travel and expenses
  • Overseeing daily office operations, supplies, and facilities
  • Supporting team events, onboarding, and internal communications
  • Assisting with invoice processing, budget tracking, and compliance
  • Helping plan conferences, travel, events, hospitality, and logistics
