Our client is an award-winning design engineering company that prides itself on being one of the country's leaders in staff development and investment. Due to expansion within the company, they are looking to hire an experienced Marketing and Brand Manager to support business growth and build brand awareness.
You will be reporting to the Head of Marketing and will be part of a team of 6. Your responsibilities will include:
- Driving brand awareness nationally
- Managing brand campaigns
- Supporting and developing the marketing strategy
- Supporting all UK offices with bid submissions
- Working closely with the business development team
- Leading and managing campaigns
- Tracking and reporting on marketing performance
- Managing the marketing strategy on SEO, paid campaigns, and social media growth
- Overseeing sponsorship and event management strategy
- Managing relationships with external marketing and communication agencies
The client is looking for an experienced Brand and Marketing Manager from either an engineering or construction/building services environment ideally. You will need to have a couple of years' experience managing people and longer working generally in marketing.
The company offers hybrid working with a minimum of 3 days a week in the office, and you will be required to visit other UK-based offices from time to time. The salary is up to £50K (according to experience) plus an excellent benefits package.
