As Production Resource Manager, you will play a crucial role in keeping everything on track—from staffing and scheduling to cost control:
- Allocate teams to projects based on production needs and manage day-to-day scheduling for the production department, ensuring balanced workloads and realistic timelines.
- Oversee timesheet tracking and budget management schedules to ensure productions stay on time and within budget.
- Lead freelance recruitment and manage the freelance talent pool.
- Provide support, mentorship and training for junior team members.
- Line manage runners and production assistants, ensuring they receive appropriate training and development opportunities.
