- Allocate teams to projects based on production needs and manage day-to-day scheduling for the production department, ensuring balanced workloads and realistic timelines.
- Oversee timesheet tracking and budget management schedules to ensure productions stay on time and within budget.
- Lead freelance recruitment and manage the freelance talent pool.
