A growing boutique consultancy is looking for an experienced Resourcing Manager to take ownership of resource planning across a talented team of consultants working on high-profile client projects. You'll be responsible for matching the right people to the right projects, managing capacity, leading resourcing discussions and providing clear advice to senior stakeholders. Has a strong track record in a Resourcing Manager or Resource Management role. Has experience within consultancy, training, learning & development, professional services or a similar people-led environment. The company are currently in the process of building an a new AI powered dashboard and experience of utilising other resource trackers and AI powered tools is essential. Candidates also need to have advanced Excel skills. Excellent benefits and bonus potential. The opportunity to help shape and improve resourcing processes within a growing business.
