We are seeking a highly organised, professional Part-Time Secretary / Personal Assistant to support a busy and well-established psychology practice based in the Harley Street area. This is a varied and rewarding role combining administrative, patient-facing, and PA responsibilities. The role is part-time (20 hours per week over 4 days) and would suit someone who is detail-oriented, discreet, and confident working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the practice while providing high-level PA support:
- Handling phone calls, emails, and post with professionalism and strict confidentiality
- Providing full PA support, including personal tasks, scheduling, and travel arrangements
- Preparing reports, documents, and medical correspondence
- Supporting bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing, payments, and expense tracking (Xero, Stripe, Hubdoc)
- Managing inbound patient enquiries with an excellent telephone manner
- Organising files, systems, and office supplies
- Assisting with general practice and office management duties
- Liaising with external professionals such as accountants and medical contacts
Hours ideally Monday – Thursday 9-2pm or Tuesday – Friday 9-2pm.
Previous experience as a Secretary, PA, or Administrator (essential), ideally within healthcare. Confident user of Microsoft Office, general IT systems, and AI tools. Strong communication skills and professional phone manner. Ideal part-time opportunity with consistent hours.
