We’re looking for an organised, proactive Junior Legal Secretary/Administrator to join a leading London law firm in their busy, friendly and diverse Private Client team.

In this role, you’ll handle a wide range of secretarial and administrative tasks, including:

  • Managing correspondence and documents
  • Opening and closing files
  • Maintaining databases
  • Supporting financial and diary management
  • Coordinating team and business development meetings

You’ll also act as a first point of contact for new enquiries, liaising with clients and assisting with marketing events.

We’re seeking someone with experience in a similar role, strong client‑facing skills, excellent attention to detail, and a genuine interest in Private Client work. A professional, flexible approach and commitment to confidentiality are essential.

This is a dedicated admin role — ideal for someone who loves supporting a team, but not suitable for aspiring solicitors or recent law graduates.
