Our client is looking for a strategic, commercially minded HR leader to drive the People agenda across a fast‑paced Project Management team. In this role, you will:
- Partner with senior leaders to shape and deliver the People strategy
- Provide trusted, commercially focused HR advice
- Lead end‑to‑end TUPE processes
- Use data and insights to influence decision‑making
- Deliver People projects and change initiatives
- Oversee talent and succession planning
- Produce high‑quality people reporting and analysis
You’ll thrive here if you are:
