Our client is looking for a strategic, commercially minded HR leader to drive the People agenda across a fast‑paced Project Management team.

In this role, you will:

  • Partner with senior leaders to shape and deliver the People strategy
  • Provide trusted, commercially focused HR advice
  • Lead end‑to‑end TUPE processes
  • Use data and insights to influence decision‑making
  • Deliver People projects and change initiatives
  • Oversee talent and succession planning
  • Produce high‑quality people reporting and analysis

What you’ll bring:

  • Ideally HR CIPD 5 or 7 preferred
  • 5 Years + in a Senior HRBP experience in a generalist role
  • Solid HRBP experience gained within the infrastructure industry
  • Background in fast‑paced, matrixed environments

This is a hybrid role, 3 days in their city office with 2 days working from home.
