A generalist HR Manager is required for a global professional services company. You will work across several divisions to partner with key stakeholders to provide strategic support and provide expert advice and guidance on policy, ER cases and employee engagement.
Candidates will come from a high volume, fast-paced environment and will have the capability to take quick and decisive action. You will have a strategic, proactive approach and balance an empathetic approach with a commercial brain. You will seek to formulate action plans in response to data analysis, always pushing to ask questions and drive change and you will be a finisher who takes real ownership and responsibility for their work.
