A fast-growing global organisation are looking for an experienced HR Associate to join their busy and hugely successful team. This is the perfect opportunity for an ambitious graduate with at least 2 years commercial, corporate HR experience to secure a role with real growth potential. Candidates will be well educated, have impressive extracurriculars and be driven to achieve. Your role will be to focus on the operations and people management (ER) in a busy, fast-paced role. You will support the full employee life cycle with on and off boarding, talent and performance reviews, benefits queries, retention initiatives, ER including grievances, disciplinaries and underperformance management, working across the business to support these functions and answer any questions. There is a structured career path awaiting the successful applicant and the company rewards their employees extremely well. It is a dynamic and challenging business, full of hard working, far-reaching people who are all striving for excellence. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced graduate looking for their next step on the career ladder to success. Candidates should have 2 years strong corporate generalist HR experience rather than Talent/Recruitment experience, please.
