A group of pharmaceutical companies is looking for an experienced HR professional to work as an HR Advisor in their offices in Bradford . Reporting to the Head of HR, you will support the group by a mixture of working from their offices, working from home and travelling to Gosport every 2-3 weeks for 3 working days – expenses paid. The role requires someone who is CIPD Level 3 qualified and can provide comprehensive support in a broad HR role . Duties include: Recruitment Onboarding & offboarding Handling all first line queries from employees and management ER Employee lifecycle support Data analytics Payroll coordination Project work Candidates must have excellent communication skills, an acute eye for detail , and be happy to juggle administrative (70%) and advisory duties in tandem.
