A wonderful opportunity for a dynamic Executive Assistant with experience managing client projects to join a boutique management consultancy specialising in leadership development and board consulting. You will be supporting two senior Consultants with their diaries, logistics including international travel and day-to-day administration alongside being part of a close-knit team to ensure that the business is operating effectively and at the highest level.

If you are looking for an EA role where you are integral to the success of the business then this could be the job for you. Alongside your EA responsibilities, this role is also acting as the main point of contact for key clients and participants in the programmes, working with c-suite and business leaders in this capacity. A confident and articulate communicator is required, dealing with all logistics and project management for the client.

This is a newly created role arising as a result of the continued expansion of the business and working as part of a team of 5 EAs. Many of the clients are based in Europe, and you should be culturally sensitive and have a great eye for detail to ensure communication is clear and that unusual names are spelt correctly.

Alongside solid experience as an EA within a consultancy or dynamic boutique commercial or professional services environment, you will have the following attributes:

  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in an essay-based subject
  • Experience: Coordinating client-facing projects which include complex scheduling across multiple time zones and locations with many components
  • Proficient in: Microsoft Office suite
  • Skills: Managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics; well-organised, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills; strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent proofreading skills
