Type: 12-month contract, potential to become permanent

Hours: 9:00am – 5:30pm, hybrid (3 days office, 2 days home)

Requirements:

• 3+ years EA/Business Partner experience
• Skills in project coordination, diary management, travel arrangements, CRM maintenance, and PowerPoint presentations

Attributes:

• Adaptable, resourceful, organised, proactive, excellent communicator

Responsibilities:

• High-level EA support to different consultants
• As a float EA you are required to cover different departments and consultants, getting a feel for the business as a whole
• Project coordination
• Diary and inbox management
• CRM/database updates
• Producing presentations and document packs
