A boutique leadership consultancy is looking for an exceptional EA to support its Founder/ Managing Partner in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. The firm works closely with senior leaders across private equity and portfolio companies, and this role is central to ensuring the smooth running of this client-facing Founder's working life.
This is a true 1:1 partnership with a dynamic, ideas‑driven leader whose diary moves quickly and spans multiple time zones. You’ll manage a constantly shifting global schedule, coordinate regular international travel, act as a calm and trusted gatekeeper, and ensure they are fully prepared for every meeting and engagement.
You’ll also take ownership of board and leadership team coordination, using AI tools to support meeting rhythms, minutes and follow‑up. Alongside classic EA duties, the role includes project coordination for the founder's client project. These projects are working with board level individuals on leadership assessment and development programmes.
You will need to be comfortable communicating at this level as you will be managing the scheduling, materials, timelines and high‑quality document production, which requires an exceptional eye for detail. The organisation embraces technology and is evolving rapidly, so we’re looking for someone who is positive about AI, adaptable, and embraces the notion that working with new technology and tools will free up time in the future to allow you to take on broader operational responsibilities.
This role suits someone who thrives in a small, ambitious business, has supported a Founder/CEO in a consultancy or professional services environment, and brings excellent judgement, pace, warmth and attention to detail. You’ll join a close‑knit operations team that plays a central role in enabling outstanding client delivery.
You will be in the Hammersmith office 3 or 4 days each week and as expected in a role at this level you will need to give out of hours support mainly via email.
