A successful global Executive Search consultancy based in Mayfair is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant with projects experience. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ EA/Business Partner experience with a mix of project management and EA support at C suite level. You must have proven project and EA experience to be considered for this role.
Duties will include:
- EA duties including proof reading of documents, formatting and compiling reports.
- Project management, liaising with clients.
- Complex diary management.
- Arranging meetings and global travel for external clients and candidates.
- Updating a complex database.
- Formatting documents including PowerPoint presentations for clients and document packs.
