A successful global Executive Search consultancy based in Mayfair is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant with projects experience. The successful candidates will have a minimum of 3 years’ EA/Business Partner experience with a mix of project management and EA support at C suite level. Your experience will be from either executive search or financial services.

Duties will include:

  • EA duties including proof reading of documents, formatting and compiling reports.
  • Extensive scheduling of meetings, interviews and appointments.
  • Project management, liaising with clients.
  • Complex diary management.
  • Arranging meetings and global travel for external clients and candidates.
  • Updating a complex database.
  • Formatting documents including PowerPoint presentations for clients and document packs.
