Starting on Monday 18th May, this is a temporary, ongoing role for a Team Assistant paying £16.50/hr. Working from 9-5:30pm each day, you'll work 4 days in the Mayfair office and 1 day from home each week. You must be able to commit to this role indefinitely and have strong secretarial and PowerPoint skills to be considered.

We are looking for a highly organised and detail orientated Team Assistant to join a professional services consultancy in a corporate Mayfair office on an ongoing temporary basis. This is not a PA role, however it’s perfect for someone who thrives in a structured, document-heavy environment and enjoys producing high quality work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Creating, formatting and refining documents in PowerPoint
  • Proofreading documents with exceptional accuracy
  • Supporting EAs with document preparation
  • Ensuring all materials meet high corporate standards
  • General administrative support
What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong secretarial experience is essential
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills – you must be a true PowerPoint whizz!
  • A keen eye for detail and a genuine enjoyment of proofreading
  • Highly proactive, organised and able to manage tasks independently
  • A background in legal or property secretarial roles would be highly advantageous

Working Pattern: 5 days per week (4 days office-based, 1 day remote) 9:00am – 5:30pm

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong secretarial background who enjoys producing polished, high-quality documents in a fast-paced corporate setting.
