Our client is a global luxury interior design studio creating exceptional spaces worldwide. They are looking for a polished, proactive Front of House – Operations Executive to be the face of their busy central London studio and a key support to the Operations team.
The Role
- Maintain immaculate front‑of‑house areas and uphold studio standards
- Welcome clients, manage arrivals and provide hospitality
- Handle calls, meeting room bookings, AV set‑ups and catering
- Oversee building access and staff movements
- Support Operations with admin across H&S, HR, projects and general studio upkeep
- Manage post, couriers, supplies and global office requests
- Track invoices and payments with Finance
- Coordinate global travel bookings
- Provide EA support to the Business Development Director
- Lead social and wellbeing activities across the studio
About You
- Experience in FOH, reception or office admin
- Confident with Microsoft Office and office equipment
- Strong communicator with excellent client‑facing skills
- Highly organised, proactive and able to juggle multiple priorities
- Professional, well‑presented and discreet
- Experience supporting senior stakeholders and coordinating travel/logistics
The role is a Full‑time, office‑based role (Mon–Thu 9–6, Fri 9–5.30) close to Victoria Station.
