Operations Lead in Leadership Consultancy
A dynamic and fast-growing consultancy is seeking an experienced Operations Lead to support a new area of the business which offers a multi faceted development programme for Leaders and Leadership Teams. This newly created role sits at the heart of a small, high-impact team and offers the opportunity to shape operational excellence across a suite of multi-phase programmes.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Project Operations
- Coordinate logistics and scheduling across complex, multi-phase programmes (kick-offs, workshops, 1:1s, stakeholder sessions, follow-ups).
- Manage survey and psychometric launches, monitor responses, and handle participant communications.
- Support facilitators during live sessions, ensuring smooth delivery and rapid response to client needs.
- Produce high-quality deliverables including workshop decks, impact surveys, and visual summaries.
Systems, Process & Automation
- Build and maintain operational systems for programme tracking, scheduling, and deliverables.
- Identify inefficiencies and design streamlined, scalable processes.
- Implement light automations using technology and AI to reduce manual work and accelerate delivery.
- Partner with the wider operations team to document and improve core processes.
Reporting & EA Support
- Collect and analyse programme data, producing clear, visually engaging charts and insights for leadership and clients.
- Provide occasional EA-style support to the team (e.g., travel, diary management).
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in operations or project management, ideally within a boutique consultancy or L&D environment.
- Strong Excel skills (intermediate to advanced) and familiarity with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Typeform, Microsoft Forms.
- Experience with psychometric tools (e.g., Hogan, FIRO-B).
- Confidence working across multiple time zones and managing complex schedules.
- Gravitas and influence to improve systems and bring others along with you.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a detail-oriented and collaborative mindset.
- A proactive, tech-curious approach to process improvement and automation.
- Comfort in a fast-paced, high-performance environment where you can shape your own role.
The salary range for this role is between £80-£100,000 per annum.
