This is a fabulous opportunity for a charismatic, helpful and energetic candidate to join a multi award winning advertising and creative agency. The office in Farringdon is a vibrant place to work and offers its employees a great place to collaborate and grow.

You will be working with the Office Manager who is looking for someone to join the team who will take pride in offering clients, visitors and colleagues the best experience of the office environment. This role whilst based at reception will require you to be all over the offices, looking after the six meeting rooms and ensuring they are well set up. Greeting visitors and making them feel welcome and looked after. This suits someone with a natural energy who would feel stifled sitting in one place all day.

Duties include:

  • Greeting visitors
  • Answering & directing calls
  • Setting up meeting rooms & organising catering for pitches
  • Being the green fingered goddess of the office
  • Restocking supplies
  • Running errands & sourcing gifts locally
  • Financial admin - credit card reconciliations

Personality is key for this role - you must be someone who is not shy to put forward ideas but with zero ego as this is a hands-on role where a willingness to pitch in is essential. You must have previous creative office experience or alternatively you may have worked in a customer facing role in high end hospitality ie. Members clubs, luxury retail or hotel, bags of common sense and a keen sense of humour.
