A prestigious global Executive Search consultancy in the heart of Mayfair is hiring an experienced Executive Assistant with a strong background in project coordination. This is a 12-month FTC with strong potential to go permanent — a rare opportunity to elevate your career in a world-class environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting consultants within consultancy with high-level EA duties
- Coordinating projects end-to-end, including client liaison
- Managing complex diaries, inboxes, and global travel
- Producing polished reports, presentations, and client packs
- Maintaining a sophisticated CRM/database
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years’ EA/Business Partner experience at C-suite level
- Background in Executive Search or client-facing consultancy (essential)
- Impeccable organisation, communication, and attention to detail
- Proactive, resourceful, and confident managing sensitive information
