We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive Office Administrator / Team Assistant to join our client in the Aviation industry and support the Executive Assistant to the CEO, as well as the wider leadership group.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys supporting, and takes pride in creating an efficient, well‑run office.
- Coordinating calendars, meetings, travel and expenses
- Overseeing daily office operations, supplies, and facilities
- Helping plan conferences, travel, events, hospitality, and logistics
2+ years’ experience in administration, office management, or team support
