We’re looking for an exceptional Chief of Staff to assist and act as the right hand to a fast-moving, detail-driven CEO. This is a highly involved, strategic, and operational role at the heart of a cutting-edge engineering and consultancy business tackling complex, high-value challenges.You’ll work side-by-side with the CEO—anticipating needs, streamlining operations, and ensuring priorities are executed across the organisation. From leading high-impact projects to managing critical communications, you’ll be the “eyes and ears” of the CEO, connecting people, ideas, and action.What you’ll do:Partner closely with the CEO in meetings, calls, and day-to-day operations of his office—acting as a trusted proxy when needed and act as a real sounding boardManage the CEO\’s inbox and diaryTranslate vision into actionable plans and drive them through to completionManage information flow, agendas, and follow-ups for internal and external stakeholdersLead or support cross-functional projects and streamline key processesProvide on-call support for urgent matters, ensuring swift resolutionWhat you bring:Proven experience supporting a CEO or equivalent senior leader in a Chief of Staff, Senior EA, or similar roleExceptional attention to detail, commercial acumen, and the ability to think several steps aheadResilience, adaptability, and comfort working in a high-expectation environment with occasional out-of-hours demandsOutstanding judgment, discretion, and interpersonal skillsThis is an opportunity to be embedded in the leadership of a high-performing, innovative business—balancing strategic oversight with hands-on execution.Candidates will ideally come from a consultancy background.
