A renowned London-based performance venue and charitable organisation that plays a vital role in supporting the performing arts community is looking for an experienced HR Administrator. This is a hybrid role working 3 days a week on site in the London office, with a salary of £29,299 on a 12-month fixed-term contract starting on Monday 6th July.

As the first point of contact for HR/People queries, you’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless employee and candidate experience. Responsibilities include:

  • Managing a shared HR inbox and responding to queries
  • Supporting the full employee lifecycle (contracts, letters, onboarding, HRIS updates)
  • Coordinating with payroll to ensure accuracy and deadlines are met
  • Owning end-to-end recruitment administration – from posting ads to scheduling interviews
  • Supporting hiring managers and candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience
  • Maintaining accurate records across HR systems

To be considered for this HR Administrator role, you must have:

  • Minimum 12 months’ HR administration experience (no transferable-only backgrounds considered)
  • Experience supporting the full employee lifecycle and recruitment processes
