This is a fully office-based role with 1 day WFH after probation and occasional evening work. A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a highly organised, proactive Team Assistant to join our client based in Baker Street. They are a collaborative, community-focused organisation at the heart of the area. This is a varied and fast-paced role supporting the Executive team, ensuring the smooth running of the office, and playing a key part in member engagement and events.
What you’ll do:
- Provide diary and admin support to the CEO and Senior Management Team.
- Arrange meetings, travel, venues, and prepare papers, presentations, and research.
- Coordinate meetings, including minute-taking and action tracking.
- Manage confidential HR records and updates to the Staff Handbook.
- Maintain databases and mailing lists.
- Be the go-to person for coordination, administration, and operational support.
- Support finance including expenses, POs, reconciliations, and office budget tracking.
- Oversee day-to-day office management, supplies, maintenance, H&S, and reception cover.
- Manage shared inboxes and member support requests.
- Organise team training, wellbeing activities, and social events.
- Act as Fire Marshal, First Aider, and DSE Assessor (training provided).
- Support member events, pop-ups, and community activities.
